兔子
I eviscerated and cooked this rabbit over the weekend. He was gooey and shiny and filled with purplish orbs and slippery, clotted blood. He was then chopped up and cooked with lots of chili and sichuan peppercorn. Deliciously gamey, rich meat.

And you started off making it sound so delicious! Rabbit can be fabulous - I like the idea of the pepper, must try that one myself :-)

Are you using a different board for raw meat and another for vegetables? You should consider it to reduce cross-contamination. Just an annoying thought.

Maybe I'm jealous that your cutting board is (maybe) better than mine.

Hi Ross,

This picture is absolutely horrible! I'm sure that the final product was delicious, and Ariel seemed to think it was (as he commented). But, how the hell could you eat that thing after seeing it lay there, head attached, with it's gutts popping out? Oh god, the thought make me want to puke.

Glad you enjoyed it though!

Anyway, it's always nice to see what you're up to.

You're old friend,
