WASH YOUR HANDS. Teaching young children has made me a regular hand washer. Medical research supports the effectiveness of hand-washing. If you haven't washed you hands, keep them away from your face.<BR/> <BR/>3. Eat well and get enough sleep. You may feel ok on less than 8 hours sleep, but if aren't getting enough rest you are stressing your body and making it more vulnerable to illness.
